Customer Support Announcement Dear members of Zulutrade,
We are grateful to the many traders, providers and affiliates members of the community. Regular and longstanding members will be aware that there have been certain issues in the functionality of our site over the past year. After several weeks of considering these matters carefully, we have come to the conclusion that certain measures need to be taken in order to bring things back ‘on track’ and carry forward this on-line community in the months and years ahead to improved service levels.
With that in mind, we would like to inform all registered members that:
1. the customer support department has been restructured to provide help 24 hours each day the market is open in 4 languages (at the moment: english; spanish; italian; greek);
2. we are working towards a major code update release, that will solve quite a few annoying bugs in the coming weeks (i.e. performance statistics, number of trades opening, etc.);
3. inclusion of at least one more broker
ZuluTrade was the first company to launch the Autotrading Forex (patent pending) feature and took the risk to launch such a service when noone would not consider the concept, and actually proved that the idea is a viable one. Now there are others that try to copy us. Thanks to you and your help and sometimes guidance; thanks to you reporting bugs and asking for improvements; THANKS TO YOU we have tackled a lot of serious issues building such a software system.
ZuluTrade is getting better day by day, more stable, user friendlier. ALL THANKS TO YOU.
